Physiotherapist - Manual Therapist

I am a physiotherapist and manual therapist at Fizio+ Physiotherapy Centre in Budapest’s 11th district, close to Szent Gellért Square. I work with rheumatic and other musculoskeletal conditions, and provide women’s health physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and rehabilitation before and after surgery.

Alongside understanding your symptoms, I take time to learn about your daily life, physical capabilities and personal goals. We work together to make everyday movement easier and support your return to an active lifestyle.

How can I help?

  • Spinal and joint problems: neck pain, back pain, lower back pain, joint pain, postural difficulties and restricted movement.

  • Rheumatic conditions: physiotherapy for joint pain, stiffness and restricted movement associated with rheumatic conditions, with exercises adapted to your individual needs and physical capabilities.

  • Women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy: support for pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, urinary leakage and incontinence, as well as exercise therapy for menstrual symptoms.

  • Pregnancy and postnatal physiotherapy: exercise during pregnancy, recovery after childbirth, and a gradual return to physical activity.

  • Sports rehabilitation: recovery from sports injuries, return to sport, performance development and injury prevention.

  • Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation: personalised physiotherapy before and after orthopaedic surgery and surgery following an injury.

My approach

We begin with an assessment. I tailor treatment to your current symptoms, individual needs and the demands of your daily activities. Through therapeutic exercise and, where appropriate, manual therapy, we work towards your goals together.

In both individual appointments and group sessions, I aim to create a safe, supportive and welcoming environment. When planning treatment, I also consider how lifestyle, sleep and stress relate to movement and physical wellbeing.

Professional background

I earned my BSc and MSc degrees at the University of Pécs, where I also teach as a part-time lecturer and am pursuing doctoral studies.

Alongside clinical practice, I am involved in teaching and research. I publish in Hungarian and international scientific journals and present at professional conferences.
