I have been working as a medical and sports massage therapist since 2017. My career was preceded by 12 years of competitive sports, during which I experienced firsthand—through my own injuries—the crucial role of prevention, recovery, and conscious body use. These experiences strengthened my commitment to helping others achieve pain-free, unrestricted movement.

During my treatments, my goal is not only to relieve current complaints, but also to support long-term prevention. I consider collaboration and a holistic approach essential, as lasting results require conscious attention and regular maintenance.
