I earned my degree in physical therapy from Semmelweis University in Budapest in 2020. Following that, I worked for two years at a private clinic in Budapest, primarily treating neurological patients. In 2022, I was accepted into a master’s program in Spain, from which I graduated in 2023 with a master’s degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
While still at university, I regularly conducted group spinal exercises and in recent years, I’ve worked extensively with patients experiencing issues in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine through individual therapy sessions.
Additionally, during my year in Spain, I had the opportunity to work with several professional athletes, gaining valuable experience in not only sport-specific rehabilitation, but also in creating performance-enhancing therapy plans for pain-free periods.
Based on my experience, I’ve found that the most effective therapies combine both passive and active techniques. Therefore, in my work, I always integrate manual (soft tissue and joint mobilization) techniques with active exercises.
For me, the profession of physiotherapy is a wonderful vocation through which I can help make others’ lives more complete.
